As a Mental Health Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in providing counseling services, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and maintaining detailed clinical records. Collaboration with fellow healthcare professionals, a deep passion for our field, and continuous professional development are the foundation of our work.

Location:

Our client has established locations in Round Rock, Georgetown, and Cedar Park. They are currently expanding their teams in all three locations.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
Licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist in the state of Texas is required
Proven experience in providing counseling services to a diverse clientele
Expertise in Integrative, Client-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Availability to work prime hours, with in-office presence at least 80% of the time
